Mike was born in Chicago, Illinois but has lived in Lake Havasu City, Arizona since 1973 and is a graduate of Lake Havasu High School in 1981. Mike is a 1988 graduate of Arizona State University. Mike has been in the insurance profession since 1985. He is a Past President of Lake Havasu Rotary Club, Past President of Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce, Past National Committeeman for the Local NAIFA Association and current Hospice of Havasu board member.
Mike has been affiliated with Springberg McAndrew Financial Services, Inc. since 1989 and has been a partner in the corporation since 1993. Mike is married to Kim and has two sons, Chase and Jake.

Brian joined Springberg McAndrew Financial Services, Inc. in 1993. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Philosophy, he moved to Washington D.C. where he worked until moving back west.
Brian has achieved the requirements of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table since 1999 and currently holds a life and health insurance license and has successfully passed the FINRA sponsored Series 6, 7 and 24 registration examinations for securities. In addition, Brian took 3 years to achieve the accreditation of Certified Financial Planner, widely recognized as the pre-eminent symbol of excellence in Financial Planning.
Brian married his high school sweetheart Wendy in 1994 and has two children, Alexandra and Sam. He is Past President of the Lake Havasu Rotary Club, Past Chairman of the LHC Main Street Association, Past Chairman of the Partnership for Economic Development, Past United Way Division Chairperson and current member of the K-12 Education Foundation.

Jerry moved to Lake Havasu City and entered the insurance business in 1973, founding what has become Springberg McAndrew Financial Services, Inc. Jerry went on to achieve many prestigious industry awards, professional designations and expanded the business into Mohave County’s pre-eminent Financial Services firm.
While still active in the firm, Jerry retired from day to day work in 2004 and currently lives with his wife Nancy in West Las Vegas where he enjoys tennis, golf, bicycling and trips to see his six grandchildren. His "I PLAN1" license plate is missed being seen around the town.

In June of 1993 the Nygren family moved to Lake Havasu from Dayton, Ohio. John is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Finance and Economics. John and his wife Barbara have been married for 33 years and have two daughters, Kim and Heidi and four grandchildren.

Rhonda joined Springberg McAndrew Financial Services in November 2009, specializing in group ancillary and voluntary benefits. She currently holds a producer's license in life and health insurance.
She enjoys working with business owners, office manangers, and human resource managers in developing or enhancing their current benefits package. "By combining voluntary benefits from a variety of insurance providers with conventional health plans, we have been able to save many businesses substantial money."
Rhonda, a native Arizonan, was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona. She married her husband, Scott, also born and raised in Yuma, on September 21, 1985. Rhonda was an instructor for Arizona Computer Institute for several years before homeschooling her two sons, Shayn and Kyler. Rhonda and her family moved to Lake Havasu City in September 2000 in order to raise their sons in a smaller, more tight-knit community.
Rhonda enjoys SCUBA diving, boating and spending time with her family.

As a member of the Arizona Supreme Court's Legal Document Preparer Program, Carol can assist you in preparing your wills, revocable living trust, powers of attorney for financial management or health care directives, living wills and deeds.
Carol has 24 years of experience in the legal field and has an Associate Degree as a Paralegal. She is a member and past Board member of the Women's Network Exchange of Arizona. Carol and her husband moved to Lake Havasu City from Cypress, CA in 2001 and Carol resides here now with her #1 "child", a miniature Shih-Tzu dog named Micaela. Carol really enjoys her children, Jake and Amy, and her five grandchildren whenever they can come to Lake Havasu to visit.

Lois joined Springberg McAndrew Financial Services in March of 2010, coming from a Sales and Marketing background of over 20 years.
After owning a vacation home in Lake Havasu since 1991, Lois and her husband Dan along with their two sons, Garrett and Dalton, made Lake Havasu their permanent home in 2002. Lois quickly became involved as a volunteer and is the current President of Lake Havasu South Little League, and an active member of the London Bridge Rotary Club.
