Brian Springberg, CFP™

Brian Springberg originally moved to Lake Havasu City in 1973 and is currently a Certified Financial Planner and co-owner of Springberg McAndrew Financial Services. After graduating with a degree in Philosophy from the University of Arizona in 1991, Brian worked in the Washington D.C. area for several years before moving back to Lake Havasu in 1993 to pursue his career in financial planning. He has achieved the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table ten years in a row and recently achieved Top of the Table, the top 2% of Life Insurance affiliated financial professionals in the world. Brian has been a weekly guest for four years on Speak Out, a local talk radio program and writes a regular column for Havasu Living Magazine.

Since returning to Lake Havasu he has served as President of the Lake Havasu City Jaycees, Chairman of the Partnership for Economic Development, Chairman of the Lake Havasu Mainstreet Association, Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Division Chair for United Way, Chairman of a School District Override effort and President of the Lake Havasu City Rotary Club. He is currently on the Board of the Executive Board for the Lake Havasu City Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Brian is an avid music fan and enjoys reading, boating, camping and being active with his children's sports activities.

Brian is married to his high school sweetheart Wendy and had two teenage children, Alexandra and Sam.

Mike McAndrew

Mike was born in Chicago, Illinois but has lived in Lake Havasu City, Arizona since 1973 and is a graduate of Lake Havasu High School in 1981. Mike is a 1988 graduate of Arizona State University.  Mike has been in the insurance profession since 1985. He is a Past President of Lake Havasu Rotary Club, Past President of Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce, Past National Committeeman for the Local NAIFA Association and current Hospice of Havasu board member.

Mike has been affiliated with Springberg McAndrew Financial Services, Inc. since 1989 and has been a partner in the corporation since 1993.  Mike is married to Kim and has two sons, Chase and Jake.

Jerry Springberg

Jerry moved to Lake Havasu City and entered the insurance business in 1973, founding what has become Springberg McAndrew Financial Services, Inc. Jerry went on to achieve many prestigious industry awards, professional designations and expanded the business into Mohave County's pre-eminent Financial Services firm.

Jerry retired from day to day work in 2004 and currently lives with his wife Nancy in West Las Vegas where he enjoys tennis, golf, bicycling and trips to see his six grandchildren. His "I PLAN1" license plate is missed being seen around the town.

John Nygren, LUTCF

In June of 1993 the Nygren family moved to Lake Havasu from Dayton, Ohio. John is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Finance and Economics.  John and his wife Barbara have been married for 33 years and have two daughters, Kim and Heidi and four grandchildren.

John enjoys working with individuals to help achieve their financial goals.State licensed for Life and Health Insurance. John works with all ages of people with varied needs.

John is a past President of the Lake Havasu Sunrise Club, member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Treasurer and Board Member of the Columbarium and long time member of the Elks and Eagles Fraternal Organizations.
